Hey, we know nobody reads terms of service. We've tried to write these in plain English so you actually can. The short version: Francly helps you understand your compliance obligations as a freelancer. We're not your lawyer. Use the platform in good faith and we'll keep building it for you.

Francly is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on Francly constitutes legal advice or creates a lawyer-client relationship.
Francly is not an immigration adviser. Our visa scanner helps you understand your visa document. It does not confirm your eligibility to work and is not immigration advice.
You must be 18 or older. You must provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
Pioneer Access gives you free access to the full Francly platform for 3 months in exchange for structured feedback. No credit card required during the Pioneer period. After Pioneer Access ends, the regular price is £9.99/month, with a permanent founding member rate of £6.99/month for Pioneer members.
Several features use AI, including our knowledge base, contract checker, contract templates, and visa scanner. Our knowledge base and templates are drafted by AI and reviewed and approved by a qualified lawyer before they reach you.
Even so, compliance rules change. Always verify important figures — VAT thresholds, filing deadlines, registration requirements — against official government sources. Our contract checker and visa scanner analyses are for guidance only and do not constitute legal or immigration advice.
Documents are used only to provide you with your analysis. They are not used to train AI models, not shared with third parties beyond our processing provider (Anthropic), and are automatically deleted 90 days after upload. You retain ownership of everything you upload.
Please don't use Francly for anything unlawful, try to access parts of the system you're not supposed to, scrape or redistribute our content, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform. Violations may result in account suspension.
Francly provides information and guidance tools, not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or €100 on the free plan). Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where you are a consumer in the EU or UK in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
